PTC-2A Pultec EQ product demo

Inspired by the classic Pultec EQs and modelled using measured data and schematics from genuine hardware, the PTC-2A is an affordable high quality emulation for Mac and PC of one of the most sought-after vintage EQs. Separate Boost and Attenuate controls allow simultaneous low frequency boost and cut, replicating the signature Pultec sounds. Transformer-coupled valve amplifier emulation further enhances the vintage qualities.
Here the PTC-2A is used to EQ a simple drum loop using the signature Pultec 'low-end trick' to provide tightly controlled bass boost without losing punch or detail.
 

 
The PTC-2A is available for Mac OSX and Windows XP / 7. PTC-2A for Mac requires OSX v10.5 or later and an Audio Unit compatible host application.
